I run the same 2.4 but the timing is not the same ... maybe becos of the enviroment effect...u run round n round ..and u will feel sian veri fast ..but when i run my neighbourhood, wow sia...faster than my 12.28 min sia ...d*** it sia... i can run non stop at a fast pace and my timing is 10.51min ... but on tat Napfa day, my mentalilty dropped ... my shuttle run...is always on my mind!!! why? why? why? ..wht happened sia... 4get it ...with the phrase "Juz get it done once and for all" ..i did it...and i got BRONZE!!!
I wan to thank my papa... My mama ... my grandparents and my sisters ... * Oh plz man!!!
maybe i should aimed for silver for pull up...*hai! wasted ...
From now on, chinese name will be used on this blog ...no longer using ur English name on this blog ... example : IR = yw meaning Yi WAN aka 10,000 in chinese ... * got it MY? winkz
