Ya finally Napfa over ... disappointed tat my 2.4 not up to my own standard...thank to Shuttle Run.... i Dropped the block druig 1st time and the 2nd time when i was abt to take the block, it slipped off my hand...hence i failed ...by the third time, i sensed the pressured tat i had given to myself and reminded myself tat i must, MUST..picked up tat block once and for all ... i did it..but again..not like wht i expected.... as for the pull-up...*winkz

I didnt managed to catch Mic...Jen...Jr ...*disappointment!!!
Wonder how Cy can do so much sit up? a lot of them do slower than me and sl and they still managed to get high score...

Went to play pool with Sl,Mic,Cy,Es & Jol ... Es beat Sl !!!... Me Beat Jol and she beat me on my arms and said tat i bullied her ... ... Sl beat me..he trashed me with his pool skill tat i nv seemed b4...jump ball!!! wahaha...cheeky ya SL!!!Once again : GET WELL SOON FEL!TODAY IS NOT MY DAY !!!!!!How can i improve?Did i trained hard enough?Have i really give all my best ? *standing board jump ...pull-up...2.4...shuttle run....NO NO NO!!!I'M A LOSER !!!
